The pandemic-induced pivot to online course delivery was swift. It was pivot or perish for many providers. We all embraced the change differently, but most of us were keen to seek NEAS quality assurance for our reimagined online programs. This session will describe the systematic approaches two different institutions took to respond to NEAS feedback following an initial NEAS Online Course Delivery Endorsement. The approaches discussed reflect the ongoing process of NEAS quality endorsement and frames the accreditation process as a dialogue of continual improvement between the provider and NEAS. This session aims to highlight the impacts of quality assurance conducted by peak bodies and stakeholders and to share what we learned through this experience so that other centres may also benefit.
