Bio
Nick has over 20 years’ experience working in the English language teaching sector in university-based and independent colleges in Australia and abroad. Since 2017, he has been Deputy Director at RMIT English Worldwide (REW) in Melbourne, where he has also held the position of Deputy Director – Quality, Curriculum & Assessment. Prior roles include Director of Studies, Senior Teacher and IELTS examiner. Nick’s contributions to the ELICOs sector also include his work on the English Australia Board representing the Victoria Branch as State Delegate since June 2020. His qualifications include Master of TESOL, CELTA and B Arts (hons), as well as the International Diploma in Language Teaching Management (IDLTM), due for completion in May.
In 2022, Nick took a lead role in preparing REW for the NEAS Quality Assurance Endorsement process, and shares his REW colleagues’ pride in having the centre recognised by NEAS as a Quality Provider.
