Ms Kate Kuzma

Bio
Kate Kuzma is currently the Deputy Director of USQ College, a university based, pathway college with students in Higher Education, ELICOS and domestic Tertiary Preparation Programs.
With over 20 years’ experience in the international sector, Kate has extensive practical and applied experience in leading all aspects of an English language centre. At USQ College she manages the ELICOS programs as well as strategic development of Group Programs and language testing.
Prior to joining the University of Southern Queensland, Kate was the founder and director of a private language school in France.
In addition, to management she has a strong commitment to fostering diversity awareness and appreciation within the community, providing training to many staff and community members in cultural competence and cultural responsiveness.
