NEAS Quality Endorsement is the recognised standard for English Language Teaching centres that are committed to continuous improvement and exceptional student outcomes. It signals to students, agents, and regulators that your centre meets a rigorous, independently assessed set of quality standards.

Endorsed centres are guided by the NEAS Quality Assurance Framework - a comprehensive set of standards covering teaching quality, student support, governance, and operations. Quality Endorsement is not a one-time award. It is maintained through an annual cycle of review activities, self-assessment, and continuous improvement.

What NEAS Quality Endorsement means

Being a NEAS Quality-Endorsed Centre means your organisation has been independently assessed against the NEAS Quality Assurance Framework and found to meet its standards. It is a meaningful, evidence-based signal of quality - not a self-declaration.

Endorsed centres engage in a structured annual QA Activity Cycle that includes Quality Review Visits, Self-Assessments, Management Meetings, and 360-degree feedback from staff and students. This cycle keeps quality goals active and continuously improving - not just assessed at a point in time.

Membership options for Quality ELT Centres

There are two levels of full NEAS Quality Endorsement for ELT centres. Centres that are not yet ready to apply for full endorsement can join as an Aspiring Member while they work toward meeting the NEAS Quality Assurance Framework.

Aspiring Membership

For centres working towards meeting the NEAS Quality Assurance Framework. Aspiring Membership provides structured support and expert feedback to help you build quality systems and progress confidently toward endorsement. Valid for up to 6 months, with the $825 fee credited toward your full membership application.

Full Quality Endorsement

Once your centre is ready, choose the membership level that best suits your goals.

Provisional Membership is available for centres that have not met NEAS Quality Endorsement standards at review and are working toward resubmission, or that have temporarily placed their membership on hold. Membership Conditions

Full Quality Endorsement membership is valid for one year and renewable annually.
Quality Endorsement is subject to the successful completion of an annual quality review. Timing may differ from the membership period due to logistical considerations.
Aspiring Membership is valid for up to six months. Members must apply for full membership or forfeit their payment at the end of this period.
Provisional Membership does not indicate current NEAS Quality Endorsement and does not guarantee future full membership.
