Bio

Adam has had a long career in ELT, educational leadership and management. Currently the director of Holmesglen’s English Language Centre, where he has oversight for ELICOS, AMEP and teacher training programs within a TAFE environment, he has specialised in the management of small to medium training enterprises. He’s had broad experience in training roles as a lead teacher and a teacher trainer specialist. Adam is from Sydney but he lives in Melbourne and enjoys the differences.

Adam has extensive management and leadership experience as an executive with responsibility for student recruitment and marketing as well as quality, compliance, curriculum and facilities. He has led commercial projects including new business start-ups, business process reviews and successful franchise opportunities.
Adam has masters level qualifications in education and business. He holds an MA (Language and Literacy) from UTS and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne’s RMIT University where he specialised in leadership, strategy and cross-functional management.

Adam’s brings extensive experience to the sector, knowledge of organisations large and small and a unique blend of skills in leadership in both business and education.
