In 2024, CIHE sought quality endorsement for its General English (GE) and English for Academic Purposes (EAP) courses through a customised NEAS quality assurance activity. The GE course features a structured syllabus with clear objectives and assessments, tailored to diverse student needs, and incorporates practical activities and cultural excursions. The EAP course offers a pathway to higher education, with rigorous assessments aligned with international standards such as IELTS, CEFR, and the Pearson Scale of English.
The NEAS Quality Assessor reviewed the courses using the NEAS Quality Assurance Framework. Structured letters confirmed the completion of the quality assurance exercise and also confirmed quality endorsement of the courses.
